Pre / Post Payment Freight Bill Audit
Average recovery on a freight bill audit is between 3-8% of overall payables for companies not currently auditing their freight bills closely. The statute of limitations on correcting freight bills is 180 days from date of delivery in most cases, which means these savings can be realized even AFTER a freight bill has been paid via billing correction.

There are only 400 people in the country that are certified by the Transportation and Logistics Council to be a “Certified Claims Professional”-and we have one of them!! Our responsibility to our customers includes protecting them by filing, processing and following through on freight claims. Our Claims Department substantially outperforms the industry in terms of time to recovery and percentage of recovery.
Automated Web-Based Rating
Unlike a “Rate Disk”, our Web-Based rating program does not require installation on your network and updates automatically. This tool gives you the choice of up to eight different carriers-depending on the lane-and can be customized to include or exclude specific carriers. Web-Based Order Entry and Freight Tracking
For those looking to take the Web-Based capabilities one step further, One Stop offers “Trace Pro”. This Web-Based platform allows users to run rates, schedule shipments, print a Bill of Lading, and even receive tracking updates. Best of all, these functions are all contained in a SINGLE location, available via a password protected page on our website. We cannot think of a better way to get a shipment moving quickly and easily.
